Everfood 退货政策

1. 当您签收产品时，您应立即检查产品诺有任何缺陷或损坏。损坏索赔（如果有的话）您必须立刻通知我们的客户服务热线：+6014 368 6882或发送电子邮件至hello@everfood.com.my。否则，我们有权利拒绝您要求你的损坏索赔。

2. 产品的更交换可以被在以下的原因成立如下：

2.1 如果当您签收产品时，该产品到期或损坏。

2.2 如果当您签收产品后时，该产品到期或内包装破损，您可在7日内联系客服。

2.3 如果订购的产品和签收的产品的有所项目不同。

经您的回报，我们将检查您退还的产品 。如果条例上面3段的一个或多个条件原因一个或多个条件符合，您有权对产品具有类似价值交换，前提是我们存库内有您诺所要提供交换的产品。在我们的库存内。

商品售出，概不退还。

Everfood商城7天无理由退换货条例总则

自商品售出之日（以快递公司的送货单上的签收日期为准）起7日内可以退换货，您可在线提交退换货申请办理退换货事宜。具体退换货标准如下：

-退货时请保持主商品完好，附件齐全，并将商品的赠品一并返回；

-审核期间可能需要快递人员证明或要求您提供实物照片等，以便售后快速做出判断并及时处理。

-判断实际收货日期规则-马燚商城自营仓库发货的订单，以客户实际签收日期为准；

常见问题

问：订单退货时效是多久？

答：自订单签收次日起7日内（以快递公司的送货单上的签收日期为准）。

问：出现哪些情形时，消费者可在签收7天内无理由退货？

答：

1、商品质量问题；

2、商品非质量问题：商品及商品本身包装保持Everfood商城出售时原装且配件赠品资料齐全，不影响二次销售的。

特别说明，以下情况不予办理退换货

问：出现哪些情形时不予退货？

答：

1 、任何非Everfood商城出售的商品（序列号不符）；

2 、未经授权的维修、误用、碰撞、疏忽、滥用、进液、事故、改动、不正确的安装所造成的商品质量问题，或撕毁、涂改标贴、机器序号、防伪标记；

3 、无法提供商品的发票、保修卡凭证或者凭证信息与商品不符及被涂改的；

4 、其他依法不应办理退换货的。

5、 礼包或套装中的商品不可以部分退换货。

问：退换货的具体流程是怎样的？

答：

1、退货流程：

验货→有退货意愿→联系客服（7个工作日以内）→商品退回→工作人员对所退商品进行核实→审核通过，完成退货→退款

财务部将在收到退款单5个工作日内进行退款，请确保您提供的退款信息正确无误.

退款方式：银行退款

选择银行退款的客户，需要提供退款客户的开户名、账号、开户行名称以及开户行所属行政区域（㗃秜ᣀთ㗥肯쉣⼯span>

请确认所提供账号的准确性，一旦退款生效，由提供账号方承担责任。

2、换货流程：

取货→有换货意愿→联系客服（7个工作日以内）→商品退回→工作人员对所换商品进行核实→审核通过，完成换货申请→换货

问：退换货运费由谁承担？

答：

1、因商品质量问题产生的退换货，退换货运费由Everfood商城承担；

2、因您个人原因产生的退换货，退换货运费由您个人承担。

Everfood RETURNS & EXCHANGES

These are subject to the Terms of Use and Return Policy. For products that are eligible, please refer to the below on instructions to initiate a return.

1.You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline at +6014 368 6882 or email to

hello@everfood.com.my  at the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.

2.Exchange of product(s) can be arranged for the following reasons:

2.1 If the product is expired / damaged upon collection at the store / at the time of delivery.

2.2 If the product is expired / damaged inside the packaging after collection/ delivery; and you contact customer service within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2.3 If the product ordered is different from the item collected at the store/ delivered.

We will inspect the returned product(s) upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions in paragraph 3 above is fulfilled, you are entitled for an exchange of the product with similar value, provided the product is available in our stock.

Goods sold are not refundable.
